General Questions
- Do you offer combined shipping?
- Yes. Whether domestic or international, you pay only one low shipping charge per shipment, no matter how many prints you purchase. Estimate your shipping on the shipping calculator and build your order knowing your shipping cost.
- Can you hold my shipment so I can add more items to it?
- Yes. We are happy to hold your order while you continue purchasing. Please send us a message when you make your first purchase, indicating that you would like your order placed in "hold" status. Then, let us know when you are ready for us to ship. We will send you an invoice if there is any remaining balance on your order.
Note: If you are purchasing over a few weeks, we ask that you make a weekly payment on outstanding orders to keep your account current. For accounts on "hold" only one shipping charge will be collected by the system.
- I made several purchases over a couple days without holding, can you still combine?
- Yes. Unless requested to ship individually we will automatically combine your orders and refund any duplicate shipping charges.
- How are prints packaged?
- Our prints ship flat in custom designed packaging to protect your order. We have shipped thousands of prints worldwide with virtually no damage due to our care in packing. You can be confident in our shipping expertise from start to finish. Your order will arrive carefully packaged to protect your purchase. Additionally, every Fuji Arts order goes through a multi-step preparation and checking process. Two staff members will review your order for accuracy and completeness. Despite our volume, errors are virtually non-existent.

- Is insurance available?
- Yes. All domestic parcels ship fully insured. Fuji Arts covers packaging, handling, and insurance.
- How do I track my parcel?
- UPS parcels are fully trackable online at www.ups.com. Postal service parcels are trackable at www.usps.com. When your order ships, you will receive an automatic shipment notification that will include a tracking number for your parcel. Contact the sales desk if you need any help tracking your shipment.
- Is delivery signature service available?
- Yes. Delivery signature service is available for all orders. It is recommended for all orders over $2000 and required for orders over $750 for accurate door to door tracking.
- Is shipping ever free?
- Yes. Fuji Arts offers free domestic or international for any order over $3000. At checkout, orders over $3000 calculate with no shipping charge.
