How do I register for a new account?
  1. From any page on FujiArts.com, click on the "Register" link in the upper right corner.
  2. On the form that is displayed, fill in the fields, and then click the "Register" button.
  3. Your new Fuji Arts account is now registered!

Account Maintentance

How do I update the email address for my account?
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper-right corner.
  3. Under the "Your Account Options" heading, click on "Update your Profile".
  4. Modify your email address in the fields provided, and click "Update".
How do I update my other user information (address, telephone number, etc)?
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper-right corner.
  3. Under the "Your Account Options" heading, click on "Update your Profile".
  4. Modify your information in the fields provided, and click "Update".

Finding Items

How can I find the items I have bid on?
The "Current Bids" page for your account will show you a) items you have placed a bid on that are still open, and b) items where you have been outbid. You can access this page by clicking on the "Your Account" link in the upper-right, and then selecting "Current Bids".

The "Current Order" page for your account will show you closed items where you held the winning bid and payment has not yet been received. You can access this page by clicking on the "Send Payment" link in the upper-right.

The "Completed Orders" page for your account will show you all closed items for which payment has been received. You can access this page by clicking on the "Your Account" link in the upper-right, and then selecting "Completed Orders".
How can I find the items I have ordered and paid for?

I added an item to my Current Order 30 minutes ago and now it is gone. What happened?
If you are a new member to our site, payment for any item you add to your order must be remitted within 30 minutes from the time of your order. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled and the item will be put back into inventory.

VIP members are welcome to remit payment within 14 days at their earliest convenience - items ordered will not be automatically canceled. VIP status is granted only to established Fuji Arts members. To request VIP status, please send us a message.
